Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Support bank and ledger reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with invoicing, posting, and filing
- Support monthly closing and reporting
- Help with expense tracking and cost allocation
- Participate in inventory reconciliation (if applicable)
- Support audit preparation and documentation
- Perform data entry in accounting systems (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks)
- Assist with tax compliance tasks (VAT, withholding tax)
What They Are Looking For:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- CPA (Part I or II) is an added advantage
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
