Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor organizational budgets to ensure accurate implementation
- Ensure compliance with financial accounting regulations and standards
- Support improvement of accounting systems and practices
- Oversee the integration and use of accounting software to streamline financial data collection
- Maintain secure and reliable backups of all financial records
- Support staff in understanding and effectively using accounting systems
- Establish and uphold accounting protocols across the organization
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Knowledge and practical experience with QuickBooks accounting system is required
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- High level of integrity, flexibility, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Passion for youth development and willingness to volunteer
- Aged between 18–30 years
- Minimum commitment of six (6) months
