Description:
Rapidus Logistics FZCO, a growing freight forwarding and customs clearance company based in DAFZA, is looking to hire a dedicated Accountant to join their team in Dubai. The role is best suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling core accounting functions while working closely with a small and agile team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records
• Manage invoicing processes, including accounts payable and receivable
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit-related requirements when necessary
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Prior experience in the UAE is preferred; logistics industry exposure is an added advantage
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho or similar platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-moving team environment
