The Deep Seafood is looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to join its finance team in Sharjah. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who can efficiently manage customer receivables, monitor outstanding payments, and support the company’s collection processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reconciliation reports, following up with customers for timely payments, and working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations and healthy cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer receivables and monitor outstanding balances.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collections.
• Prepare account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Generate and maintain ageing reports for outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer accounts and collections.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounts receivable activities.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good analytical and organizational abilities.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounts Receivable processes.
• Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Account reconciliations and collection procedures.
