A company based in Sharjah is currently hiring for the position of Accountant Assistant, with two vacancies available. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who have foundational accounting knowledge, hands-on system experience, and are ready to contribute to daily financial operations within a structured work environment.
The organization is seeking individuals who can support the accounting department with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism while ensuring compliance with financial procedures and reporting standards. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Support the preparation of invoices, payment entries, and expense tracking
- Record financial transactions in the accounting system in a timely manner
- Assist with account reconciliations and verification of financial data
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and approvals
- Support month-end closing processes and reporting activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in SAP accounting software
- At least 1 year of accounting experience within the UAE
- Ability to join immediately
