We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Accountant / Accounts Assistant to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will have UAE experience within a trading or warehouse setting and be skilled in managing daily accounting and administrative operations accurately and efficiently. This role is perfect for an energetic accounting professional capable of supporting both financial and administrative functions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate records
• Monitor and reconcile petty cash
• Perform precise data entry and maintain documentation
• Provide administrative and clerical support as required
• Assist with invoices, LPOs, and basic financial reporting
• Maintain well-organized accounting and filing systems
• Support finance and warehouse coordination tasks

🔹 Requirements:

• Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of UAE experience as an Accountant or Accounts Assistant
• Experience in Trading and/or Warehouse companies is preferred
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Knowledge of accounting systems/software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Immediate joiners are preferred
