Job Summary: PLM Interiors Trading LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions accurately
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
- Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
- Support monthly closing and audit preparations
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding accounts
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong MS Excel and basic reporting skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Manufacturing experienced preferred
