Printava Advertising Requisites Trading LLC is hiring an Accounting Officer / Accountant with hands-on experience in Zoho Books to manage daily accounting operations, customer and supplier accounts, invoicing, and financial documentation.
Printava operates in the printing, advertising, and promotional gifts industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily accounting entries using Zoho Books
- Managing customer and supplier accounts
- Issuing sales and purchase invoices
- Tracking payments and collections
- Organizing and archiving accounting documents
- Preparing basic monthly financial reports
- Supporting VAT-related accounting tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience in UAE
- Mandatory experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory
- Basic knowledge of UAE VAT
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Must be currently based in UAE
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- Sunday off
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary
AED 4,000 – 5,000 (based on experience)
Important Notes
- Full-time, office-based position (not remote)
- Practical Zoho Books test will be conducted during the interview
