Company Description
365 Plus General Trading L.L.C. is a leading wholesale mobile trading company specializing in the distribution of branded smartphones, tablets, and accessories across international markets. With continuous growth in our business, we have recently launched a new retail shop and are now looking for a dedicated Accountant to manage the accounting activities of the retail operation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations for the retail shop
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory transactions
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Maintain accurate books of accounts
- Reconcile cash, bank, supplier, and customer accounts
- Assist in monthly and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
- Support management with financial data and reporting
Requirements
- Female – Any Nationality
- "Well-groomed and professionally presentable candidates"
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in retail accounting is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
