Job Title: Accountant (Construction Experience in UAE)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our construction company in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of accounting experience in the construction industry and possess solid knowledge of purchasing processes. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and supporting procurement activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

-Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.

-Handle invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.

-Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.

-Support the purchasing department with procurement documentation and processes.

-Arrange inventory and checking of materials

-Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.

-Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements.

-Liaise with vendors and suppliers as needed.

Requirements:

-Must have accounting diploma and certificates

-2-3 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably in construction.

-Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures and material inventory management.

-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP, or others).

-Good knowledge of UAE tax laws and financial regulations.

-Excellent communication and organizational skills.

-Able to work independently and accurately under pressure.
