Join Our Team | Accountant

Strata Global, a well-established community management company based in Dubai, is currently looking to hire a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to support its Owners’ Association and community operations. Known for delivering high standards in property and community management, Strata Global manages prestigious residential and commercial communities across the UAE.

This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working in a structured environment, handling financial records, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders within DIFC-based community projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Owners’ Association financial accounting while supporting overall community coordination
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements related to billing activities
  • Monitor outstanding payments, delinquent owners or tenants, collections, and expense tracking
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with RSA guidelines
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely financial reporting
  • Coordinate professionally with owners, tenants, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Handle resident inquiries and official correspondence with clarity and professionalism

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong accounting knowledge with solid reporting and communication skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently
