Accountant

Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 6,000 per month (Estimated)

Description:

Zivian & Co. is urgently hiring an Accountant to join its team in Dubai. The company is open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who have strong accounting knowledge and are eager to build their careers in a dynamic work environment.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Russian and English, possess a solid understanding of UAE accounting practices, and have hands-on experience with accounting software. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

• Perform bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.

• Prepare bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and basic FTA filing requirements.

• Process accounting transactions using Tally Prime and Zoho Books.

• Support daily finance and accounting operations while maintaining data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Fluency in both Russian and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of UAE accounting and bookkeeping practices.

• Understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, FTA compliance, and tax filings.

• Experience in bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger reconciliation, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end closing.

• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and Zoho Books is required.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • UAE accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax.

 • Tally Prime and Zoho Books.

 • Bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial record management.
