EuroLink Fast Forwarding Services LLC is looking for a motivated Accountant to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is suitable for accounting professionals with 1–2 years of experience who have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage daily financial operations efficiently.
The successful candidate will support accounting activities including bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance with UAE VAT regulations. Candidates with experience in accounting software and logistics-related finance operations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and update general ledger entries.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Prepare invoices, payment records, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare financial reports and accounting statements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT requirements and accounting regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT and accounting standards.
• Knowledge of Fresa Gold software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• General accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• UAE VAT compliance and financial reporting.
