IntelTech Solutions & Consultancy L.L.C. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to become part of its finance team in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for professionals who have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance within the UAE.
The successful candidate will oversee daily accounting activities, support financial reporting, ensure VAT compliance, and contribute to budgeting and payroll processes. This role offers the opportunity to work within a growing multi-disciplinary organization serving clients across multiple countries in the Middle East and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management reports, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and support statutory audit requirements.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and project cost tracking.
• Coordinate payroll processing through WPS.
• Liaise with banks, vendors, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and commercial information.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Previous experience in the oil & gas sector is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration with a major in Finance.
• Sound knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and FTA compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and integrity.
• Currently based in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
