Accountant

Finsync Accountants & Consultants is seeking an experienced Accountant for a well-established client operating in the Transportation and Mobility Services sector in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting the complete accounting cycle.

The role requires practical experience with QuickBooks and Zoho Books, along with strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger activities, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the complete accounting cycle.

• Prepare and record journal entries accurately.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

• Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist with preparation and review of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports.

• Support the preparation of financial reports and accounting statements.

• Use QuickBooks and Zoho Books for routine accounting operations.

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for accounting analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

• Practical accounting experience with QuickBooks and Zoho Books.

• Very good command of Microsoft Excel.

• Strong understanding of the complete accounting cycle.

• Experience handling journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.

• Good knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, and financial reporting.

• ACCA Qualified, ACCA Finalist, or an equivalent accounting qualification is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good analytical and organizational skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

• QuickBooks and Zoho Books

• General ledger and journal entries

• Account reconciliations

• P&L and Balance Sheet preparation

• Financial reporting and Microsoft Excel
