Job Title: Brand & Seller Operations Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Brand & Seller Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new brands and sellers, supporting their daily operations, and driving performance through strategic collaboration.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide onboarding training for new brands or new sellers before their store goes live.
  • Support specific brands or sellers in their daily operations.
  • Communicate business goals with specific brands and sellers, discussing joint marketing plans, and driving them to achieve performance targets.
  • Timely follow-up on inventory preparation and order fulfillment status of specific brands and sellers to improve fulfillment efficiency.
  • Conduct regular data analysis and market research, and provide operational reports and recommendations to specific brands and sellers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree in any related course.
  • Rich product knowledge and familiarity with e-commerce industry information.
  • Takes initiative, has a strong sense of responsibility, and can go the extra mile.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
