Blacksmith Agency is expanding its sales team and is looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive business growth across the US and Canada. This role is ideal for a confident sales professional who can manage complex sales cycles, build strong client relationships, and deliver consultative solutions.
The successful candidate will handle the complete sales process, from initial discovery to closing deals, while working closely with SDRs, strategists, and leadership teams. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong business development experience, and the ability to succeed in a remote sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery meetings to contract closing.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions and develop customized solutions.
• Manage complex sales opportunities involving multiple decision-makers.
• Collaborate with SDRs to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
• Deliver effective virtual presentations, proposals, and sales demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and support legal and procurement processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales journey.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven experience selling high-value solutions through consultative sales approaches.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience handling structured sales cycles lasting 3–12 months.
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working and selling in a fully remote environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
