Property Advisor – HFCB Properties
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Property Advisor to source and close sales leads, driving business growth and achieving sales targets for the HFCB Properties project from end to end. In this role, you will prepare daily sales reports for review by the Team Sales Leader. Your efforts will help us expand our business in the real estate sector through the sale of both residential and commercial plots.
Key Accountabilities
- Generate consistent leads through project marketing, cold calling, referrals, lead generation services, and other media channels; record all engagements in the CRM.
- Manage all client engagements from prospecting to closure within the CRM.
- Conduct market surveys to identify pricing of competing properties and report findings to your supervisor.
- Provide periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) sales reports and client pipeline updates to management using CRM systems.
- Build and maintain client relationships by offering support, information, and guidance throughout the entire customer journey.
- Participate in property promotion events such as expos, site activations, and mall activations.
- Follow up on document preparation and approval, including booking forms, offer letters, sale agreements, and transfer documents.
- Upload customer payment evidence in the CRM for validation.
- Ensure customer payment plans are followed and collections are made on time, achieving 85% compliance; issue cancellation notices via CRM as per policy.
- Identify mortgage clients early, create and track their mortgage applications centrally.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and policies and maintain high professionalism in all client interactions.
Qualifications
Academic & Professional
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in using the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience as a Marketer or Sales Executive in the real estate sector.
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
