Description:
Creative Dental & Medical Center is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys interacting with patients, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming experience for every visitor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily reception duties, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and providing administrative support to the clinic’s medical team. Candidates with previous healthcare or dental clinic experience and strong bilingual communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and visitors while providing excellent customer service.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
• Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
• Coordinate appointments and communication with doctors and clinic staff.
• Perform general administrative and front desk duties.
• Ensure the reception area remains organized and welcoming at all times.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative.
• Experience in a medical or dental clinic is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
