Sales Manager – Electric Vehicle Industry
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the electric vehicle sector. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, managing team performance, and driving business growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (preferably in the electric vehicle or automotive industry).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proficient driving ability, holding a valid driver’s license for more than two years.
- A background in life insurance sales is preferred.
