Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, commercially astute Sales Agent to accelerate our market penetration across commercial, industrial, and residential solar sectors. Your primary objective is to capture green-tech market share by actively prospecting, evaluating site energy footprints, and closing technical equipment deals covering solar panels, high-capacity inverters, power tanks, and advanced storage batteries. This position balances high-volume client education with technical solution pitching; you will steer clients from initial energy bills audits and custom layout consultations through to final procurement contracts and structural installation handovers. The role calls for a target-driven solar professional who can effortlessly convert technical product specifications into clean, long-term financial returns for buyers.

Areas of Accountability

Business Development & Commercial Conversions

  • Systematically identify, approach, and secure enterprise clients (B2B) and individual property owners (B2C) along major growth corridors.

  • Position and sell a complete line of high-end renewable hardware, including hybrid inverters, solar panels, and battery configurations.

  • Architect and present detailed product pitches, technical proposals, and energy savings projections to corporate boardrooms and procurement managers.

  • Guide field opportunities and incoming inbound inquiries methodically to consistently cross or meet assigned monthly revenue quotas.

Technical Assessment & Cross-Team Alliance

  • Execute diagnostic site walkthroughs and structural client audits to evaluate direct electricity load expectations and structural layout limits.

  • Formulate accurate hardware configuration options based on client consumption data, ensuring total alignment with physical location dimensions.

  • Team up with in-house technical engineers and solar installation crews to confirm structural design accuracy and streamline project launching plans.

  • Educate prospective clients on green investment metrics, investment payback terms, lifecycle values, and localized tax advantages.

Client Retention & Care Portfolio

  • Foster and wrap protective account management networks around corporate builders, commercial partners, and individual asset owners.

  • Handle customer care queries, long-term equipment operations checks, and warranty questions with absolute promptness and technical clarity.

  • Manage an organized client ledger, updating transaction data, specific property requirements, and system capacity architectures regularly.

Market Intelligence & Administrative Analytics

  • Gather live field market updates highlighting competitor equipment lines, evolving energy regulations, and pricing shifts.

  • Compile and deliver meticulous weekly and monthly sales pipeline logs, customer reach metrics, and closing forecasts to management panels.

  • Participate actively in technical product briefings, corporate sales strategy reviews, and local trade activation campaigns.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum Entry Criteria

  • Academic Foundation: Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a matching field of study.

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3 years of progressive, verified sales experience explicitly covering solar energy solutions, power inverters, solar panels, and new-energy backup battery banks.

  • Process Fluency: Clear operational understanding of both transactional B2C consumer closing cycles and long-cycle B2B corporate sales processes.

  • Core Competencies: Elite contract negotiation skills, polished presentation capabilities, and a verified history of satisfying tough commercial volume metrics.
