About Our Client

Our client is a well-established mini-mart shop based in Kasarani, offering a range of retail services to the local community. They are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are looking for a vibrant, customer-centric individual to join their team as a Shop Attendant.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise the shop to ensure products are displayed attractively and in a manner that drives sales.
• Sell and promote products to customers, actively engaging and upselling where appropriate.
• Assist customers while shopping, providing guidance and addressing inquiries with a friendly attitude.
• Order stock as needed, price items correctly, and shelve incoming goods in an organized manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with clients occasionally to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure all products are properly priced, displays are visually appealing, and the shop remains clean and tidy at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Business Management or related field.
• KCSE certificate with a minimum grade of C.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar retail or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering great service.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.
