Description:

Commitbiz LLC is looking for a skilled Zoho Specialist to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in the Zoho One ecosystem who can develop customized business solutions, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency through automation and system integrations.

The successful candidate will work closely with business teams to understand operational requirements, implement tailored Zoho solutions, and support ongoing system improvements. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to implementation, migration, and enhancement projects while ensuring the smooth performance of business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions across Zoho One applications.

• Build and optimize workflows, blueprints, approvals, validation rules, and automation using Deluge scripting.

• Analyze business requirements and design practical solutions to address operational challenges.

• Create and maintain custom modules, layouts, fields, and business processes within Zoho applications.

• Develop and manage integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and custom functions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation, integrations, data synchronization, and user adoption.

• Design reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions to support management decision-making.

• Participate in implementation, migration, enhancement, and support projects across the Zoho ecosystem.

• Document business requirements, technical specifications, and implemented solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience working with Zoho One applications.

• Ability to develop and customize business solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.

• Experience creating workflows, automation, and business processes using Deluge scripting.

• Knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, and custom functions.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
