Description:
Maxline Global is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join its growing team at the Jebel Ali office in Dubai. This position is ideal for a logistics professional with strong operational expertise and the ability to oversee daily freight activities while ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics operations, transport coordination, customs documentation, and end-to-end delivery processes. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will help maintain smooth operational workflows and contribute to the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily logistics, freight, and transportation operations.
• Coordinate transport activities to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Manage customs documentation and ensure compliance with operational requirements.
• Supervise end-to-end delivery operations across the supply chain.
• Lead and coordinate operational teams to achieve performance objectives.
• Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or freight operations.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, and 3PL operations.
• Knowledge of customs documentation and related procedures.
• Strong coordination and team management skills.
• Ability to manage complete delivery operations from start to finish.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
