Karadan Lands Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to join its expanding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced real estate professional who has strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in property sales and team performance.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team of agents, driving sales targets, and ensuring consistent performance growth. This position offers excellent earning potential along with a supportive work environment that encourages professional development and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.

• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing training and guidance.
