Description:

GOAT Realty is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join its growing real estate team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for motivated professionals with a proven background in the UAE real estate market who are passionate about building strong client relationships and achieving outstanding sales results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property portfolios, converting company-provided leads into successful transactions, generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of real estate clients and properties.

• Convert company-provided leads into successful sales opportunities.

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and market outreach.

• Build long-term relationships with clients while providing professional property advice.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in the UAE.

• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to convert leads and develop new business opportunities.

• Passion for achieving sales goals and delivering excellent client service.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • UAE real estate market and property sales

    • Lead generation and client relationship management

    • Sales negotiation and closing techniques
