Job Title: Receptionist
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our growing real estate company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly and courteously.
- Schedule appointments and assist with daily office operations.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Keep the reception area organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, in customer service, or administrative role is preferred.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required.
