Key Responsibilities • Documentation: Manage contracts, proposals, and legal records.
• Client Relations: Handle correspondence, onboard new clients, and record meeting minutes.
• Operations Liaison: Act as a bridge between clients and the operations department.
• Administrative Support: Coordinate tender submissions and support management.
Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in administration or executive support. Experience in facility management or manpower supply is a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
