Job Description

About the Role

This role will be responsible for leading the organization's regulatory function across key African markets and other target countries. The successful candidate will drive regulatory strategy, support product launches, oversee registrations and compliance activities, and provide leadership to the Regulatory Affairs team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regulatory strategy for assigned markets
  • Support product launches through timely registrations
  • Oversee registration dossiers and compliance activities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Regulatory Affairs team
  • Manage product lifecycle and regulatory excellence across multiple countries

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in ACTD/CTD dossier preparation and submissions
  • Product Knowledge: Experience managing Human Pharma product registrations
  • Skills: Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
