Role Purpose

The Corporate Sales Executive will prospect, engage, and convert corporate clients into long-term contractual partnerships while driving structured B2B revenue growth across pharmacy, grocery, and essential product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, engage, and convert corporate clients into signed contracts.
  • Drive structured B2B revenue growth across pharmacy, grocery, household essentials, and related services.
  • Build long-term corporate relationships to generate repeat business.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Pharmacy, and Finance teams to deliver client value.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably within FMCG, retail, healthcare, pharma, or service environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, close, and manage corporate accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets.
  • High integrity and professionalism – critical for a pharmacy-led environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
