Key Responsibilities:
• Execute operational workflows that support medication access and healthcare coordination
• Work with doctors’ offices, insurance providers, pharmacies, and affordability programs
• Process prescription-related workflows with accuracy and efficiency
• Learn and operate proprietary healthcare systems and tools
• Identify and resolve operational issues within healthcare processes
• Adapt to evolving workflows and optimize operational efficiency
