Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service to airport travelers
• Assist customers with product selection and purchase decisions
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Replenish stock and support inventory management activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Support smooth day-to-day retail operations within the airport environment
Requirements:
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred
• Freshers are welcome to apply for the Sales Associate position
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
