Description:
Siniora Food Industries is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to join its operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in warehouse management, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations, preferably within the FMCG sector and cold storage environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, coordinating logistics operations, and maintaining high operational standards. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments efficiently
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of products
• Oversee inventory control procedures and stock reconciliation activities
• Collaborate with supply chain and transportation teams to optimize operations
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Monitor warehouse performance and implement process improvement initiatives
• Lead and support warehouse staff to achieve operational objectives
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations
• Experience within the FMCG industry is required
• Previous cold storage experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse management principles
• Experience with inventory control and stock management processes
• Familiarity with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
