Description:
Pharma7 is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join its team in Ajman. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with hands-on accounting experience and strong familiarity with modern accounting software, particularly Zoho Books.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily financial operations, maintaining accurate accounting records, and assisting with financial reporting activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a professional environment.
Candidates with solid accounting knowledge, good communication skills, and relevant software expertise are encouraged to apply for this position. The company also provides visa sponsorship for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
• Record daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports
• Assist with invoice processing and payment tracking
• Support month-end and year-end accounting procedures
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
• Utilize accounting software to manage financial operations efficiently
• Coordinate with management regarding financial updates and reporting requirements
Requirements:
• Diploma Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books software
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently
• Experience working in a fast-paced business environment

• Zoho Books Accounting Software
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Financial Record Keeping and Reconciliations
• Basic Financial Reporting and Accounting Procedures
