About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead elevator sales initiatives across Kenya. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering consistent revenue performance in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution to expand our footprint in the construction and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of elevator products and solutions across Kenya, achieving revenue targets and market share growth.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with corporate and institutional clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
- Manage negotiations, pricing, and contracts with key accounts to maximize profitability.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support business planning and strategic decisions.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within industrial products, construction solutions, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in corporate relationship management and handling high-value negotiations.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Self-motivated, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Kenyan construction and real estate market is an advantage.
