Job Description

Job Title: Hotel Supervisor

Our client, a leading establishment in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations across front office, housekeeping, reservations, food & beverage, and kitchen departments.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between all teams to deliver outstanding guest service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
  • Assist in training, scheduling, and performance management of team members.
  • Support the management team in implementing operational policies and procedures.
  • Oversee reservation systems and basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.
  • Take proactive steps to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel, resort, lodge, retreat, or similar hospitality establishment.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reservation systems.
  • Ability to coordinate housekeeping, front office, reservations, F&B, and kitchen operations seamlessly.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules as required.
