About the Role

We are seeking a polished, highly organized Personal Assistant / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office and provide day-to-day support to Managing Director. This dual role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggles multiple priorities with ease, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and callers in a professional, friendly manner
  • Manage the reception area, incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars
  • Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
  • Provide administrative and personal support to management as needed
  • Maintain filing systems, office supplies, and accurate records
  • Coordinate with couriers, vendors, and building services
  • Ensure the office is presentable and well-organized at all times

Requirements

  • 1–3 years' experience in a receptionist, PA, or administrative role (UAE experience preferred)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and a warm, customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
  • Currently based in the UAE with a valid visa preferred
