About the Role
We are seeking a polished, highly organized Personal Assistant / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office and provide day-to-day support to Managing Director. This dual role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggles multiple priorities with ease, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and callers in a professional, friendly manner
- Manage the reception area, incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars
- Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
- Provide administrative and personal support to management as needed
- Maintain filing systems, office supplies, and accurate records
- Coordinate with couriers, vendors, and building services
- Ensure the office is presentable and well-organized at all times
Requirements
- 1–3 years' experience in a receptionist, PA, or administrative role (UAE experience preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and a warm, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
- Currently based in the UAE with a valid visa preferred
