Job Title: E-Learning Coordinator
We are looking for a qualified E-Learning Coordinator to oversee the management and delivery of our digital learning programs.
Job Summary
The E-Learning Coordinator will be responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of our digital learning platforms. This role ensures that learners and instructors have a seamless experience while engaging with online content and training resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of e-learning programs across the organization.
- Administer and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS), including user accounts, course creation, and reporting.
- Provide technical support and training to instructors, learners, and administrators.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to optimize digital learning content.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance user experience.
- Develop user guides, tutorials, and training materials for diverse audiences.
- Stay current with e-learning trends and best practices to recommend platform improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Information Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in e-learning coordination, LMS administration, or digital education support.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train and support diverse users in a learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SCORM/xAPI standards and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and mobile learning best practices.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
