Description:
A leading organization is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant specializing in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations to join its finance team in the UAE. The role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth cash flow operations.
The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end AR and AP functions, support financial reporting activities, ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, and contribute to month-end closing processes. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with strong SAP expertise and a solid background in manufacturing, logistics, or import-export environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage invoicing activities, billing verification, and account reconciliations
• Handle accounts receivable collections, aging analysis, and customer account management
• Oversee accounts payable processing, vendor payments, and supplier reconciliations
• Perform bank reconciliations, online payment processing, and expense reviews
• Process AR and AP transactions using SAP and generate related reports
• Prepare aging reports, cash flow summaries, and support month-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist during audits
• Maintain accurate financial records and support overall finance operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8–10 years of UAE experience within Manufacturing, Logistics, or Import-Export sectors
• Strong experience with SAP, particularly Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable modules
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Strong knowledge of:

• Bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial reporting
