Description:
PPM is seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant cum PRO to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a professional who can effectively manage accounting functions while handling government-related procedures and documentation in compliance with UAE regulations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate records, managing VAT-related activities, and coordinating PRO services. The position requires a strong understanding of UAE accounting standards, government processes, and regulatory requirements to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Handle VAT accounting processes and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records
• Process visas, government documentation, license renewals, and other PRO-related tasks
• Coordinate with government authorities regarding official procedures and approvals
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, government regulations, and company policies
• Maintain organized records of financial and legal documentation
Requirements:
• UAE experience as an Accountant cum PRO is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting procedures
• Good understanding of UAE government documentation and administrative processes
• Experience working with accounting software is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and record-management skills
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE VAT laws and compliance requirements
• Financial reporting and bookkeeping procedures
• Government licensing, visa processing, and documentation procedures
