Description:
Moshi Restaurant L.L.C. is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Storekeeper to join its expanding hospitality operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for an organized professional who can efficiently manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting restaurant and catering activities by overseeing stock movement, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining proper storage standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and properly store inventory, supplies, and materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock availability
• Issue products and supplies to various departments and operational outlets
• Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Monitor product quality, expiry dates, and storage conditions
• Coordinate incoming deliveries and organize warehouse operations efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and operational standards
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or in a similar position
• Good understanding of inventory control and stock management procedures
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
• Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of:
• Inventory management practices
• Stock reconciliation procedures
• Warehouse safety and storage standards
