Description:

AgileGrid Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Coordinator for one of its client organizations, Fleet Farm, a well-established retail company known for serving communities with a wide range of products including automotive, hardware, outdoor, and farm supplies. In this role, the Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple store locations. The position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage sensitive payroll data while supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain accurate bi-weekly payroll for assigned store locations

• Review and validate employee timecards, including PTO and leave records

• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner

• Update employee records including new hires, terminations, and changes in HRIS systems

• Support UKG Workforce Management system including troubleshooting and reporting

• Provide wage verification documentation for third-party requests

• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with payroll policies and data protection standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience

• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS platforms

• Experience with UKG Workforce Management or UKG Pro (preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience in multi-location or retail payroll environments is preferred
