Description:
A reputed organization based in Business Bay, Dubai is seeking an experienced Accountant (Receivables) to join its Finance & Accounts team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong UAE accounting experience, particularly within the construction or real estate development sector.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely collections, performing reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and solid knowledge of accounting standards and UAE VAT regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate records
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collections
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare receivables aging reports and financial summaries
• Coordinate with clients regarding outstanding payments
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and IFRS standards
• Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in construction or development sector
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and IFRS standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to manage collections and reconciliation processes effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Female candidates preferred
