Description:
Ardens Medical Center is looking for professional and customer-focused Call Center Executives to become part of its expanding team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting patients and providing excellent service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
As the first point of contact for callers, successful candidates will manage patient inquiries, coordinate appointments, and ensure every interaction is handled efficiently and professionally. The role plays an important part in enhancing the overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist patients with inquiries and service-related information
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• Direct calls to the appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of patient communications
• Ensure a positive experience for patients and visitors
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare support role preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional and customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of:
• Appointment scheduling procedures
• Customer service best practices
