Travelearn Holidays UAE is looking for a Customer Relation Executive to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is suitable for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
The selected candidate will assist with customer interactions, administrative support, and day-to-day communication activities. The role requires proficiency in typing, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional assistance.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and visitors.
• Support daily customer service and administrative activities.
• Prepare and manage customer-related documentation and records.
• Assist with office coordination and routine operational tasks.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through timely responses and support.
