Responsibilities
- Evaluate inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and actionable feedback to sales reps.
- Analyze performance trends and prepare reports.
- Participate in calibration and training sessions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales QA/Quality Analyst (required).
- Previous experience in Sales, SDR, BDR, or outbound sales.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Experience with CRM and QA tools.
- Advanced English (C1+).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
