This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and interested in building a long-term career in payroll, finance, or accounting operations. The position involves working closely with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.

The successful candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience in payroll administration while contributing to essential employee compensation and reporting functions within a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process employee payroll accurately and ensure timely execution

• Maintain and update employee compensation and payroll records

• Review timesheets, payroll data, and supporting documentation

• Assist with payroll audits and compliance checks

• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and deductions

• Update payroll systems with employee and compensation changes

• Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and internal documentation

• Coordinate with HR and finance teams on payroll matters

• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information

• Support tax processing and deduction-related activities

• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently

• Assist with administrative tasks and special payroll projects

Requirements:
