Description:
NR Doshi & Partners is expanding its Audit & Assurance division and is seeking a qualified and experienced Audit Supervisor to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a Chartered Accountant who is looking to advance their career within a professional services environment while working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading audit engagements, ensuring compliance with international auditing standards, and delivering high-quality assurance services. The position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, supervise, and execute audit and assurance engagements
• Ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
• Review audit working papers, financial statements, and supporting documentation
• Lead audit teams and provide guidance, training, and performance support
• Manage client relationships and serve as a key point of contact during engagements
• Identify audit findings and provide practical recommendations for improvement
• Support clients with regulatory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting matters
• Coordinate audit schedules and ensure timely completion of assignments
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management and stakeholders
• Stay updated on changes in accounting, tax, and regulatory frameworks
Requirements:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification audit and assurance experience
• Strong understanding of auditing methodologies and risk-based audit approaches
• In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Strong knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
• Experience with UAE VAT regulations and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with UAE Corporate Tax regulations and related reporting obligations
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and financial governance practices
• Proven team management and leadership capabilities
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Proficiency in audit software applications and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of:
• Audit planning, execution, and reporting procedures
• IFRS, ISA, and financial reporting standards
• UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Risk assessment, internal controls, and financial analysis
