Description:

Midline Aviation is looking for an experienced Charter Sales Executive to support the commercial growth and maximize the utilization of its Dubai-based aircraft fleet. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated aviation professional with a strong background in charter sales and a well-established network within the private aviation industry.

The successful candidate will play a key role in generating charter business, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new commercial opportunities. Working closely with operational teams, the individual will help ensure seamless charter operations while contributing to the company’s overall revenue growth.

Candidates with a strong understanding of business aviation, charter pricing, and aircraft capabilities, along with excellent relationship management skills, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s aircraft fleet to charter brokers, travel partners, and direct clients

• Respond promptly to charter requests and prepare competitive quotations

• Follow up on sales opportunities and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Build and maintain strong relationships within the charter brokerage and business aviation community

• Collaborate with Flight Operations and Ground Operations teams to support charter activities

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client network

• Monitor aviation market trends and emerging charter opportunities

• Contribute to commercial growth strategies and fleet utilization objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in private aviation charter sales, charter brokerage, aircraft management, or a related aviation role

• Established network within the private aviation, charter brokerage, and luxury travel sectors

• Strong understanding of aircraft capabilities and business aviation operations

• Knowledge of charter pricing structures and sales processes

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills

• Ability to work independently and achieve commercial objectives

• Professional, customer-focused, and commercially driven approach

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai

• Strong knowledge of:

• Private aviation and charter brokerage operations

• Aircraft performance, charter pricing, and market dynamics

• Business development and client acquisition strategies

• Commercial aviation sales and customer relationship management
