Description:
An exciting new Irish-inspired gastropub is preparing for its grand opening in Dubai Marina, and we are looking for talented hospitality professionals to join the pre-opening team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a flagship venue from the ground up, helping to shape its concept, service standards, and guest experience.

We are seeking passionate individuals who understand authentic pub culture, premium hospitality service, and high-energy restaurant operations. Candidates with experience in Irish, Scottish, British, or premium gastropub concepts are highly preferred, especially for leadership and bar-related positions.
This role offers the chance to contribute to building a strong team, establishing operational excellence, and creating one of Dubai Marina’s most exciting new dining destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support pre-opening setup, training, and operational readiness activities
• Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with gastropub standards
• Lead or support daily restaurant, bar, and kitchen operations depending on role
• Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage service, and hospitality delivery
• Assist in building team culture, service procedures, and operational workflows
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
• Contribute to revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and brand reputation
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or bar operations
• Strong preference for candidates with gastropub or British/Irish pub experience
• Pre-opening experience is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage service excellence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Candidates currently based in Dubai only
